OUR STORY
Karme Consulting Oy was established in 2019 by Tina Karme. At that time, Karme Consulting was a subcontracting consulting company focusing on efficiency and traditional process and management systems. Tina’s expertise lies in leadership development and project management. Her father’s company, Tmi Kim Karme, had long been successful in running efficiency and logistic-related projects independently and as a subcontractor.
In 2020, Karme Consulting and Tmi Kim Karme united their expertise, embarking on a journey to redefine Karme Consulting. This transformation was driven by a shared commitment to leveraging beyond traditional know-how for sustainable transformation. The joint effort combines their own areas of expertise to support organisations in sensemaking and sensegiving during the transition organisations are facing.
This joint effort transformed Karme Consulting from being a passive subcontractor to being an active enabler in seeking solutions, implementable actions, and inspirational futures for any company. Karme Consulting is continuously working on translating existing knowledge into actionable know-how and using the available resources to transform organizations, one at a time.
We bring people and partners together and join efforts in co-developing solutions and approaches. With these partners, we evolve and build a more sustainable future for businesses. We believe businesses are key drivers in reaching a sustainable, inspirational future.
KARME CONSULTING TODAY
Today, Tina is internationally engaged as a frontrunner in Sensemaking and Senebreaking in Complexity. Tina is also the chair of an organization that has consultative status at UNEP and ECOSOC. Kim is actively partnering up with different organizations, driving the local, nordic, and international training and business development programs and services. Together, they join knowledge and build ecosystems that deliver services and activities that support businesses in discovering their own thriving future.
