Sensemaker of complexity and sustainability
experienced leadership transformer

Dr. Tina Karme

Is your future inspiring? Let’s agree, to forget the narrative of bad people making bad decisions. Most people struggle to make sense of complex issues. That’s where I come in. I specialize in navigating new solutions and finding tangible actions.
Currently I respond to calls to action, and I’m lucky to hold many roles as an expert. My passion is in rethinking leadership, strategy, team building, sustainable development, and climate action.  All of these are under radical change, and that needs us to apply and develop new methods, tools and solutions. Facts and history helps, but we cannot build our future on only those things.

My journey has brought an extensive Global Ecosystems, from where I pull on action and knowledge from a broad variety of influencers. This accelerates action for  sustainable development, navigating complexity, and making the most of opportunities.

As a management consultant I focus on both small and big actions that step by step improves organisations. Profit is not a bad word, but profit is a result of the actions an organisation has taken. And I am a firm beliver, that with good leadership, open hearts and by involving people, we can solve the most challenging situations. It is not about bottom-up- or top-down; It is about being open and collaborative. Have you ever thought about open strategy? You might want to consider it alongside ecosystem building.  And this work is done through sensemaking using narratives, storytelling, and dialogue between different actors. I focus on discovering the solution and good questions, not solely on the solutions available and the problems those can (or cannot) solve.

With my experience at World Upshift Movement alongside influential figures like two times nobel prize for peace nominee Ervin Laszlo and Dr Justina Mutale, I’ve learned that impact starts from the heart and moves to the head and hands. I dedicate my time to support business leaders, employees, influencers, and activists in achieving an inspiring future. I work across sectors, guiding the way through the global shift towards sustainability.

I am a solution and action-orientated individual. I quickly builds up plans on how to gain early mover advantages and strategies that can be put into practice. There are no “one fits all” solutions, only solutions we discover in collaboration. We have the tools, but the journey requires openness, willingness, and trust. Together we can, and we will.

Let’s turn risks into opportunities and write an inspiring story. I know I can help. Will you let me?
